Introduction
JEC World 2024, the world’s largest exhibition for carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP, CFRTP) and other composite materials, will be held March 5-7, 2024, in Paris-Nord Villepinte, France.
About UCHIDA and JEC WORLD
We have been an independent exhibitor at this event, which also serves as a “festival of composite materials,” without fail from 2012 to 2019, however, due to the impact of the corona virus pandemic, have been unable to exhibit for the past four years. Finally, now that things have settled down, we have decided to return to exhibiting in March of this year.

Event Summary
JEC WORLD plays a major role in the composite materials and advanced technology industry, bringing together key companies and engineers with high innovative ambitions to promote development. In 2023, the exhibition area was considerably large, spanning 72,700sqm with 40,200 visitors and 1,200 exhibitors. In 2019, the exhibition welcomed roughly 45,000 visitors, giving us the impression that visitors are gradually returning to their pre-pandemic numbers.

The Moon
The year 2024 is a year of new challenges for UCHIDA and the lunar exploration vehicle YAOKI. We are involved in manufacturing as part of the YAOKI Project, which is scheduled to explore the moon’s surface later this year.
